 FAQs

  • An Employee Assistance Program is a simple way for organisations to help safeguard staff health and wellbeing by providing confidential counselling sessions and psychological support for employees and their family members.

First, the organisation sets up an EAP agreement with Life Matters Psychologists outlining what services employees are eligible for. Employees can then contact us directly, book any relevant sessions, and mention their employer and EAP, and we do the rest.
