Adults
People look to therapy for lots of different reasons, ranging from temporary challenges life throws at us to longer-term issues and conditions. Whatever your situation and needs, we're here to help.
Couples
When you’ve lost your way, gone off course or you simply need some connection – couples therapy can help. We specialise in helping couples navigate relationship challenges and find a new way forward.
Children & Adolescents
We're passionate about supporting young people's wellbeing, as well as using early intervention, emotional regulation and clinical therapy to help parents navigate their children's challenges.
Seeing a psych is an act of revealing parts of ourselves in a safe and supportive setting. Facing beliefs and ways of thinking helps us gain skills so we can live with less suffering.

A mental health treatment plan lets you claim up to 10 individual and 10 group sessions with a mental health professional each calendar year. To start with, your doctor or psychiatrist will refer you for up to 6 sessions at a time. If you need more, they can refer you for further sessions.
The Medicare rebate covers roughly 65% of the cost of each session, leaving you with just 35% out of pocket. The fees vary slightly depending on the psychologist, so for detailed info on costs, we suggest you contact our Client Care team and they'll talk you through the options.

No, a referral isn't required, but if you see a GP before booking, you may be able to get a referral under a Mental Health Care plan, enabling you to access Medicare rebates.
