Geoff is a clinical psychology registrar working with adults and adolescents. Geoff not only utilises well-established evidence-based techniques, but tailors them to the unique needs of the individuals he works with. Also a mental health training facilitator, he is passionate about supporting people to optimise their mental health and live their best lives.

An analytical thinker, Geoff approaches each session with curiosity, utilising collaborative exploration to encourage clients to assess their situation through a holistic lens in order to improve wellbeing. Having worked in both primary and tertiary healthcare settings, he is acutely aware of the interconnected relationship between physical and mental health.

Previously a chartered professional engineer, Geoff has a background in managing public health and developmental aid projects to help meet Sustainable Development Goal targets throughout Asia Pacific. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective on workplace relationships and the impacts of stress and burnout.

Since completing his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle, he works with a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He also has experience undertaking cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments, including for learning disorders, autism and ADHD.
