Sinead is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in private, public, and NGO settings. She works with adolescents and adults and has experience with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image, Borderline Personality Disorder, self-esteem issues, and stress.

Sinead has conducted research on eating disorders and body image that has been published peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. She is passionate about utilising a framework of trauma-informed care and Health At Every Size in her work with disordered eating and body image.

Sinead believes in the importance of creating a therapeutic environment that fosters collaboration, trust, and authenticity with her clients. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Enhanced CBT for eating disorders (CBT-E), and Family-Based Therapy for eating disorders (FBT).

Sinead completed her Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Sydney before attaining her Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. She is currently completing a PhD at Western Sydney University. Sinead is a registered Medicare provider.
