“Children are great observers but terrible interpreters.”

– Lynn

Lynn is a warm, kind and wonderful human. She is also a Clinical Psychologist, Author, Educator and Co-Director of Life Matters with over 20 years of clinical experience. Specialising in child early intervention, brain education and the parent-child connection, Lynn is also fascinated by the mechanics of the nervous system and believes that understanding the nuts and bolts of the brain is vital to guiding how we think, feel, behave and connect.

Lynn is a qualified hypnotherapist and enjoys working with people using relaxation techniques to access an untapped part of the mind treating challenges like anxiety, stress and lifestyle. If that’s not enough, Lynn is also the proud designer of Boss Brain, a 10-week digital program that uses bio-feedback technology to help kids and families navigate their brain and emotions and form meaningful family connections. Plus! She is an established author. Her book series’ Lessons of a Lac, What If, Best Start and Ollie’s Treasures help kids and parents explore the ‘hard stuff to talk about’ like anxiety, perfectionism and grief.
