TURNING POINT
The Turning Point DBT program for teens is a targeted treatment course that helps young people between the age of 15-18 build resilience & thrive in the face of emotional challenges.
The course is run over 10 weeks in a supportive peer group setting. 2-hour sessions face-to-face sessions with a clinical & registered psychologist are held once weekly at our Hamilton practice.
What is Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)?
Powerful, evidence-based therapy to help those who struggle with intense emotions & behaviours that are often distressing. DBT goes beyond just understanding emotions—it empowers your teens to accept their current reality while equipping them with the skills they need to make meaningful, positive changes in their emotional & behavioural responses.

Pay only $130 per week and receive a rebate of $36, meaning only $94 per 2hr session.
